She decided to open a home care agency after working over 20 years in case management in local hospitals, rehabilitation centers and nursing homes. Kim witnessed the lack of compassion, empathy and emotional burn out of health care professional. Therefore, she decided to offer clients a better outlook on healthcare and life while allowing them to remain in familiar surroundings, HOME.
